HOW TO ORDER/PAY

Upon seeing the watch you are interested, please email us as soon as possible to confirm its availability.  We will then ask for your confirmation of purchase.  Upon hearing from you, we will hold the watch for you and email you the payment details.

Our Assurance

All new in box watches sold by us are sourced from authorized dealer.   Thus, please rest assure that the warranty will be honored.  All new in box watches will comes with all papers, boxes and warranty stamped by authorized dealer (unless stated otherwise).   The serial number in all watches that we sell is in-tact.

Payment

For payment, we accept cashier's check, bank money order, wire-transfer and credit card.   US postal money order is also not acceptable because it is only cashable within US and its territory.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD through Bidpay.com.  As Bidpay.com only allows auction payment only, we will list the item in eBay upon your confirmation of purchase.  You will then bid the item for 'Buy-it-now' in eBay and the auction will end.  We will then provide you with the details as to how to pay through Bidpay.com using your credit card.  

Now, we also accept credit card for payment through Paypal.com.  PLEASE PAY TO:  roachman@streamyx.com

If you are choosing the cashier's check or bank money order option, please send the check/MO by airmail or express mail.  We are due to receive the payment within 10 - 14 working days if it is sent by airmail (applicable to US customers only).   The delivery period for other countries may be longer or shorter.

Sending the watch

Upon receipt of payment, we will acknowledge receipt through email and send the item to you the next working day by express mail (or first class registered airmail if stated).  For express mail service, we choose Pos Malaysia because it will reduce the cost of postage to customers, and also as reliable as most international courier companies.  Delivery is usually within 7 working days by express mail, and 10 - 14 working days by first class registered airmail.   For US customers, You will be able to track the location of the watch that was sent by express mail once it enters USA.  Tracking can be done at USPS website - here's the link:  TRACKING

If you prefer the watch to be sent by FedEX or DHL, please prepare to pay an additional US$30 - US$50 for each watch. 

Return policy

New watch sold can be returned if it is not the model that was ordered, or if the description of the watch does not match.  Please let us know within 3 days upon receipt of the watch if it is not the right model that you ordered.  Cost of returning the watch will have to be borne by customer, and we will return the FULL refund in the form of a cashier's check upon receiving the watch.
